Bizu Patisserie at One Rockwell Opens + Bizu Christmas Collection Now Available + 2013 Macarons de Paris Previewed

Today is an exciting day for foodies in Metro Manila as Bizu releases three treats intended to make for a very Bizu Christmas. 

Bizu Patisserie at One Rockwell is now open. The wish of a great deal of Bizu Fans is fulfilled today, as Bizu Patisserie is now open at the ground floor of the prestigious One Rockwell Tower at Rockwell Center. The store will be the first branch to roll out Bizu’s updated menu inspired by its ethos of bringing “a taste of joie de vivre” with every product it serves. Exciting new French cuisine offerings combined with Bizu favorites, such as its 10-Hour Roast Beef, will surely make dining at Bizu Patisserie an even more exquisite experience. The Rockwell branch also features a charming private dining room nicknamed “Chambrè de Saint Germain” (named after the patron saint of Paris) and Bizu’s updated restaurant look.

Bizu’s 2012 Christmas Collection is now available. Bizu traditionally honors Christmas through a collection featuring Bizu favorites and limited edition product offerings available only during the Christmas season.  This year’s Christmas Collection was inspired by The Nutcracker ballet and is called “Land of Sweets: Bizu Christmas Collection 2012”. Bizu also teamed up with Designer Mehdi Singh to form unique Christmas dressings for all its stores and packaging. Doilies make for a warm graphic signature, reminding us all of the finest Christmas pastries and dishes served in households filled with happiness. Animated characters from The Nutcracker Ballet inspire a festive and joyful mood.

The collection itself features a wide selection of fine foods from Bizu that could be purchased for one’s personal enjoyment or as gifts or as your potluck contribution to a Christmas gathering.
