To mark Bizu’s fifth year of serving heart-warming and exquisite desserts, the Patisserie is offering “5 Elements of Taste” beginning September 28 at its Greenbelt 2 flagship branch. Featuring salty, sweet, sour, spicy and bittersweet dessert pieces, “5 Elements of Taste” is sure to be a treat for the senses. The five – plate tasting menu set starts off with a Crème Brulee Napoleone with Caramel Sauce and Fleur de Sel, followed by Pavlova with Strawberry, Mango and Blueberry, Spiced Hot Chocolate in Demitasse with Fresh Plump Strawberry, Lemon Mousse with Raspberry Coulis Surprise, and finally, Bittersweet Molten Chocolate Souffle Cake with Crème Anglaise. At P555++ a set, it’s already made to share as Bizu’s cakes are so rich in flavor and made only with the finest ingredients. “The tasting menu is perfect when you want to slow down, relax and try something different with friends or with someone special.
