New Wonders and Surprises

We are raving right now about the new Grilled Chicken Pesto Sandwich that becomes even more interesting than it sounds once you sink your teeth into it. The grilled chicken is very tender slow marinated in fresh orange juice and enhanced by special sundried tomato pesto spread that truly justifies the existence of the new sandwich at Bizu. Also try the new Asian Beef Sandwich if you’re also in for a taste of the exotic.

Salad lovers ahoy - for all serious health buffs seeking comfort in fresh new twists to keep them going. Be caught in a salad fest with our new Organic Arugula Salad (coming from our own Organic Farm in Batangas), Arugula Salad with Lamb, Prosciutto Salad with Bleu Cheese and Mediterranean Salad.

Created to help you keep up that South Beach Diet while dining out with friends, Bizu has re-launched a new menu for dieters. Enjoy guiltless Panseared Beef Tenderloin with Sauteed Capsicums and Steamed Salmon topped with Spinach Puree on Mushroom Ragout. For Phase Two dieters, there’s the Grilled Raspberry-Marinated Chicken Breast, Sauteed Organic Brown Rice and Whole Wheat Pasta Pomodoro. The entrees come with free Tomato and Capsicum Soup. The SBD is only available in our Greenbelt 2 and Greenhills Promenade outlets.

Even a better surprise is the new Sugarless and Flourless Chocolate Kahlua mousse cake made with hazelnuts. This new addition to the sugarless range named after super models (the previous ones are called Naomi and Sophia) is named Jolie after the model-actress Angelina who epitomizes everything women want to be these days. Interestingly, joli means pretty in French.

Last but not the least are the new Elemental Macarons in three divine flavors- Earth, Wind and Fire. The Earth Macarons are made with chocolate and rosemary, Wind Macarons are made with chocolate and mint while the Fire Macarons are made with chocolate and chili.
